Privacy Policy

When you request an estimate: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and the details of the job (such as the service, number of stories, gutter footage, and downspout count).

When you use the Client Hub: the email address you sign in with (and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us), photos and videos you upload of the problem area, messages you send us about a job, and your signature, with the date and time, when you approve an estimate.

When you pay: card payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the amount, whether it was paid, and Stripe’s reference for the payment. If you pay by cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo, we record the amount and method.

Automatically: your IP address, used to limit repeated form submissions and sign-in attempts, plus website usage and performance data collected through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. These providers may receive device, browser, and page interaction information.

We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule and carry out work, send invoices and receipts, take payments, answer your questions, and keep records of jobs we have done. After a job is complete we may email you once to ask for a review. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that run this website for us:

• Supabase – stores our database, your uploaded photos, and your sign-in account.
• Stripe – processes card payments.
• Vercel – hosts the website and provides visitor statistics.
• Resend – delivers our emails to you.
• Google – provides website analytics and, only if you choose “Sign in with Google,” authentication.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy and only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the Client Hub. Google Analytics may also use cookies or similar technologies to measure website usage. We do not use analytics for targeted advertising.

Your records are visible only to you and to us: the Client Hub shows you only your own estimates, jobs, invoices, and photos, and photos are never public — each viewing link expires within an hour. All traffic to this site is encrypted.

We keep job and payment records for as long as we need them to provide our services, honor our workmanship, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@beggshomeservices.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
